• Monthly Lunch Events: 2nd Monday of every month at locations around Boulder/Boulder County

  • CBB Members are able to host the Monthly Lunch Event at their listing with an average attendance of 50+ Members!

• CBB + CBL Happy Hour Invites: Every Month we hold a happy hour at breweries around Boulder and Longmont in conjunction with the Commercial Brokers of Longmont

Commercial Broker Membership (2024 Dues: $175): Any person who is a licensed real estate broker and who derives the majority of his or her income from commercial brokerage, leasing, property management or related commercial real estate brokerage practice is eligible to apply for membership to CBB. 

Associate Membership (2024 Dues: $500): Persons desiring to be admitted to CBB who do not meet the foregoing qualifications may apply to become an Associate Member of CBB. 

To become a member of CBB, please click on the Membership Application/Renewal button above to fill out the online form. We will prorate dues for the year if you join after the first quarter.
