Monthly CBB Lunch Event
Commercial Brokers of Boulder (CBB) monthly lunch events take place on the 2nd Monday of every month from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm at various locations in Boulder and Boulder County for lunch, networking, and listing to various speakers on current events and commercial real estate topics!
Events usually follow this agenda:
12:00 pm: Event Starts and Members start arriving
12:00 pm - 12:25 pm: Members get lunch & Network
12:25 pm - 12:30 pm: CBB Leadership makes announcements about upcoming events, member information, and the location for that month
12:30 pm - 12:40 pm: CBB Members share their new listings or Buyer/Tenant Needs to the group
12:40 - 12:55 pm: Speaker Presentation
12:55 - 1:00 pm: Q& A and event wrap up
This is our main CBB event every month, and we usually have around 50 CBB Members attend. CBB Members are welcome to host these events at their listings, so if you are interested, please reach out to CBB Operations Manager: Rachel Austefjord (rachel.austefjord@boulderchamber.com).
CBB + CBL Happy Hours
CBB and CBL (Commercial Brokers of Longmont) have teamed up to plan Happy Hours that take place on the 3rd Monday of every month starting at 4:00 pm at various breweries in either Boulder or Longmont. It's a great way to end a Monday afternoon, and CBB + CBL have over 125+ Members invited to these networking events.
Guests are more than welcome to attend and Members are encouraged to bring a guest if they are interested in either organization! If you are interested, please reach out to CBB Operations Manager: Rachel Austefjord (rachel.austefjord@boulderchamber.com).

CBB Holiday Party
In December, CBB opts for a Holiday Party instead of the normal monthly lunch event! In years past, CBB has rented out a room at local restaurants for a night of food, drinks, and holiday cheer for members!
PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE:
By attending this event, photographs and videos of the event and individuals will be public and possibly used on future marketing for the Boulder Chamber and its associates.
